Terms of service

These are the terms Warren’s Home and Pet Care works under. A signed quote or agreement is the one that governs your job — where it says something different from this page, it wins.

Quotes

A quote is an offer at a price, valid until the date printed on it. It is based on what you told us about the property; if what we find differs enough to change the work, we will say so before starting rather than after. Accepting a quote — by signing the link we send, or by telling us — is what books the work.

Getting in

We need to be able to get in at the agreed time. If we cannot, we record why and contact you. A visit we travel to and cannot carry out may be charged.

Changes and cancellations

Tell us as early as you can and we will move a visit without fuss. Either of us may end a repeating arrangement by saying so.

Payment

Invoices are due by the date on them. Payment is by card through Stripe's own hosted pages, or by whatever other method we have agreed. We do not see or store your card number.

Messages

We contact you about your own work by email, and by text if you agreed to it. Our text message policy says what we send and how to stop it, and our privacy policy says what we hold.

If something goes wrong

Tell us. email [email protected] and we will put it right or explain why we cannot. We would far rather hear about it than read about it.
